Texting is optional
Agreeing to receive text messages is not required to create a NextPros account, to use the app or web dashboard, or to purchase a subscription. NextPros works in full without it.
If you stop the messages, nothing happens to your account, your subscription, or your access to the app or the web dashboard. You keep everything.
How the opt-in works

You text us first
We publish the number and wait. We do not text you until you message us, or until you turn on SMS notifications in your account.

We reply and say who we are
The first reply identifies NextPros and links to our Terms and Privacy Policy. Replies inside a conversation you started answer the message you sent.

Reply YES only if you want reminders
Job confirmations, job start reminders, schedule changes, trial notices and account notices are recurring messages, so they need a separate opt-in. Reply YES when we ask, or turn on SMS notifications in your account. Skip it and the rest of the channel still works.
